I acknowledge that I must pay the 20% Captain Fee directly to the captain in person (via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo) by the end of the charter.

Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather (lightning, high winds, or storms), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Overcast skies or light rain are not grounds for cancellation.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Your rental begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time. No-shows will be charged in full.
Captain & Safety: A licensed captain is included and must be in command at all times. All guests must follow captain’s safety instructions. Life jackets are provided for all passengers and required for children under 13.
Capacity Limit: We strictly adhere to legal passenger limits. If your group exceeds the allowed number, the trip will be canceled without refund.
Alcohol & Conduct: Alcohol is allowed for guests 21+. However, excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior will result in early termination of your trip without refund.
Smoking & Substances: No smoking or illegal drugs allowed on board.
Cleanliness: Please treat the yacht with care. Excessive spills, damage, or messes may result in cleaning or repair fees.
Food & Drink: Outside food and drinks are welcome. Red wine, glass bottles, and staining food are not permitted.
Shoes: No shoes on deck unless approved by the captain. Soft-soled boat shoes are acceptable.
